Prior to real estate, Clarence worked in restaurant management. He was born in the Philippines, but has lived in Astoria since a very young age. Clarence specializes in the Queens and Nassau real estate markets, working with high standards and critical thinking that are essential to getting results.

His creative interests include gardening, landscaping and interior design.
